There Only 2 Causes of Disease

Updated: Oct 21, 2020

Bold statement, I know. But hear me out. A doctor by the name of BJ Palmer said that are only 2 causes of disease and they are "A Deficiency and A Toxicity." Ponder that for a moment.

If you search for "Soil Deficiency" you will that our soil is so depleted of the minerals that it had even 10 years ago. You could be eating the healthiest of diets, but if you are taking some supplements there is a very good chance that you are deficient in extremely vital vitamins and minerals. At its core, Rickets, is caused by a vitamin D deficiency. This is just one very simple example of a deficiency that directly causes a disease. Start looking a minerals and other vitamins and you will see so many more.

Toxicities have a couple of subsets in my opinion. When I initially thought of toxicities I was thinking, radiation, lead, mercury. Which is true, these cause very bad issues with somebody. But we can take this a bit deeper. Have you ever been in or know someone that has a "toxic" relationship with somebody? Fixed that relationship and they felt better??? We can look at things like food allergies, these are something that could be fine for one person but very toxic for another. GI infections are normally when a virus, bacteria, or parasite is at a level in the body that your body cannot get rid of it, so it is toxic. Mold is another toxic issue that we see is at the very core of health problems people are having.

So how do we know if it is a toxicity or a deficiency? You have to test. You have to properly test different systems of your body and also have a skilled doctor who know how to read and comprehend those tests. Doctor that are a part of The Wellness Way are train with the best of the best across the country to be just that doctor!
